According to Roadkill on their facebook update a couple of hours ago (Aug. 12, 2015) it looks like they lost out to the boys at Gas Monkey Garage by 6/10’s (which we assume means 6/10’s of a second.) When it comes to 1/8th-mile drag races, 6/10’s of a second is almost an eternity. Gas Monkey is everything I hate about tv car shows. Scripted, fake drama, a cast that seems a lot more like a bunch of tv personalities than car guys. Roadkill started out as the opposite of the typical tv car show. Just a couple car dudes doing car dude stuff.

In motorsports you’re never rooting for a crash, but it’s also exciting when one does occur. Now take that excitement and imagine it’s your boss crashing!Well, we don’t have to as Richard put his Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat into the wall while going head to head with professional Leah Pritchett. The accident was nothing major, but rather the result of Richard getting a little too saucy with the burnout before launching down the strip.Nevertheless, it makes for good TV and that’s what Richard is about, so here is the clip for your repeated viewing pleasure.
